Pancake Recipe 

There are so many recipes on the internet, but this is worth trying, trust me. Try this and you’ll thank me later :p

PS : it’s not a fit fam recipe and it contains alcohol

INGREDIENTS

150g flour

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2 eggs (egg white plus yolk)

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

A cup of milk

30g of butter

Coconut powder (I used about 3 table spoons, you can use more)

2-3 tablespoons of baileys

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the flour in a wide bowl

Add the pinch of salt

Add the sugar

Add the eggs

Add the milk

Add the coconut powder

Add the vegetable oil

Mix until the batter is smooth and looks creamy, make sure you mix it in on direction (e.g if you start mixing in a clockwise direction, stick to that until the end of the mixing)

Add the melted butter and mix

Leave it for some minutes to settle

Add the baileys

Heat your pan on medium heat

Put some melted butter on the pan, allow it to heat up then pour out excess butter

Put a small quantity of the mix on the pan and tilt the pan to spread it (the quantity depends on how thick you want your pancake to come out)

Repeat the process till the batter is exhausted
